Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack your NutriMill products in their original packaging, ensuring all attachments, manuals, and components are included to avoid restocking fees.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your box.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned equipment, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
